Stephen C. Lermer |
| Stephen is a manufacturing and industrialization executive who holds degrees in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering. Over the course of his 28 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Stephen has held technical and managerial positions with Johnson & Johnson, Burroughs Wellcome, Warner-Lambert, Rhone-Poulenc, Orion Pharma, Auxilium and Akela Pharma. He has developed and industrialized liquid and solid dosage forms, aerosol and dry powder products, injectables and transdermals. Stephen founded and served as Managing Director of Global Technica, a European consulting company specializing in industrialization, manufacturing excellence and supply chain management. He is a Certified Packaging Professional and a Certified Quality Engineer. |

John J. Koleng |
| Dr. Koleng is an experienced product development and manufacturing executive and scientist. John co-founded and served as COO at PharmaForm, a contract manufacturing and development organization focused on novel drug delivery systems. In addition to his executive and scientific roles, he was responsible for facilities design/build/maintenance and all controlled substance matters. Over the past 17 years, he has guided and assisted numerous life-science client companies in the development of their technology enriched/enabled products, delivery systems, and processes for various indications. John’s drug product development experience ranges from nano-dose tablets and abuse deterrent systems to liquid-filled capsules, hot melt extruded dosage forms, and transdermals. He has published scientific research articles on topics including hot melt extrusion, pressurized meter dose inhalation, and aqueous film coating. He is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Texas at Austin and a registered pharmacist. |
